It is an honor to welcome you to the high school website at Danah Universal School of Kuwait

This site is designed to help you navigate the high school – its people, programs, support systems, expectations, and opportunities. Whether you are a parent or a new or returning student, or simply looking at your educational options in Kuwait, I trust that you will find the information that you are looking for here and that you will get a sense of our heart and passion for students and for learning.

Danah Universal School of Kuwait students have the privilege of working and learning alongside amazing individuals. Our international learning community is made up of teachers, students, administrators, and parents who are all committed to developing knowledge and skills needed to contribute positively in the bold new century.

Overview

Danah Universal’s Middle and High School provides a challenging academic college preparatory program that gives students the opportunity to achieve future success in colleges and universities in America and around the world. Grade 6 to 12 follow the American Education Reaches Out (AERO) standards. In Grade 11, students can choose to take Advance Placement (AP) courses in addition to standard level courses.

At DUSK, we recognize and attend to the broad range of needs of young adolescent learners, while encouraging students to appreciate cultural diversity. We pay particular attention to supporting the emotional, social, physical and academic needs of all our developmental adolescents. Our qualified staff are caring, experienced and well trained to encourage the best from this special age group.

Grades 9 to 12

Our High School students will have the opportunity to graduate with AP credits, a High School Diploma, and a way of thinking that makes them contributing citizens within a global community. We believe this will serve them well as they make their way in society.

High School Graduation & Transcript

Students who graduate from DUSK will earn a High School Diploma. Students must complete the required number of courses and credits as listed below and as per the Ministry of Private Education.
